  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a good blender, and process until smooth, thick, creamy and until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve with desired toppings

Notes

Make sure you have a good quality blender. We use a 900W nutri ninja for our smoothies and juices.
