1cupalmond milk, or sub coconut milk beverage or cows milk
1tbsphoney, or sub maple syrup if vegan
yoghurt & fresh fruit, to top in morning
Place chia seeds in bowl/take away container/jar
In a jug, mix together almond milk, honey* and vanilla. Whisk until combined with a spoon.
Pour milk over chia seeds and stir for 2 minutes.
Place in fridge overnight.**
Top with yoghurt and fresh fruit in the morning
*I put my honey in the microwave for 10 seconds prior to adding it to the milk. I find it's easier to mix when it's runnier. **After 30 minutes, stir your chia to ensure it is evenly set then place back in fridge.
