Our chunky tomato avocado salsa is light, fresh, easy to make and the perfect side for any meal!


  • 1 roma tomato , finely diced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/8 red onion, very finely diced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place tomato, avocado, red onion and cilantro in a small bowl.
  • Add a squeeze of lime and salt and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust lime and seasoning accordingly.
