Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 orange peeled and quartered
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend mango, orange, cucumber, spinach, mint, chia, lime, coconut milk, water and ice together in a good quality food processor.
  • If you want a creamier or thicker smoothie, add more coconut milk or ice. If you prefer a runnier smoothie, add more filtered water.
  • Serve and enjoy
