- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 orange peeled and quartered
- ¼ cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 ice cubes
Blend mango, orange, cucumber, spinach, mint, chia, lime, coconut milk, water and ice together in a good quality food processor.
If you want a creamier or thicker smoothie, add more coconut milk or ice. If you prefer a runnier smoothie, add more filtered water.
