Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 3 cups almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust milk quanities if required. If you like a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk, if you prefer a runnier smoothie, simply add more.

Notes

I used a combination of frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries to make mine. Or you can just use a premixed berry packet! If you use fresh berries, you may need less almond milk.
