Ingredients

chia seeds
1 ¼
cup
almond milk
or other non-dairy option

tablespoon
cocoa
sifted
2
tablespoon
maple syrup*
natural yoghurt to serve
Instructions
Combine maple syrup and almond milk in a jug. Stir until well combined.
Combine chia seeds and cocoa in a large bowl
Add milk mixture to chia and cocoa.
Whisk with a fork until well combined.
Cover and place in fridge overnight.
In the first 30 minutes, stir with a fork again to make sure it doesn't clump together then place back in fridge overnight.
Divide pudding into two bowls or containers in the morning and serve with fresh fruit and/or yoghur or coconut whipped cream.
Notes
* I used 3 tablespoons of maple syrup becuase I had unsweetened and dark cocoa which was quite bitter. Start with 1 tablespoon then add more to taste.
