oats

almonds
roughly chopped

coconut
shredded
½
cup
sunflower seeds
½
cup
pepitas

tablespoon
raw cacoa

tablespoon
maple syrup

tablespoon
coconut oil
melted

tablespoon
coconut sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F/150C
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until fully coated with coconut oil and maple syrup.
Spread granola evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cook for 20-30 minutes, use a spatula to toss halfway through cooking to ensure it cooks evenly.
Allow to cool (it gets crunchier as it cools)
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy!

This will be enough for about 4 breakfasts (2 each).
