Smooth, creamy, delicious and easy to make, we are loving this creamy hummus recipe!


  • 15 oz chickpeas, 1 can
  • 3 tbsp chickpea liquid
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Place chickpeas, chickpea liquid, tahini, garlic, salt and lemon juice in a food processor.
  • Start blending until slightly combined.
  • With the food processor on, add the olive oil through the funnel (don't leave lid off!) and combine until nice and creamy and smooth.
  • Taste, and adjust flavours accordingly.
  • Serve with a drizzle of olive oil
