This quick & easy chocolate granola is the perfect breakfast for busy people on the go! Jam-packed with seeds, nuts and of course, chocolate!

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 3 tbsp raw cacoa
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • Preheat oven to 300F/150C
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until fully coated with coconut oil and maple syrup.
  • Spread granola evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook for 20-30 minutes, use a spatula to toss halfway through cooking to ensure it cooks evenly.
  • Allow to cool (it gets crunchier as it cools)
  • Store in an air-tight container and enjoy!

This will be enough for about 4 breakfasts (2 each).
