- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 and ¾ cups plain flour
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 quart mason jar
- Christmas ribbon

- 4.4 oz unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
To Make
- Layer ingredients in a large mason jar.
- Tie lid with ribbon
- Add recipe card with ingredients and instructions
To Bake (write on card)
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C
- Beat butter in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla and beat.
- Add contents of jar and beat together 5 minutes with hand mixer until well combined.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned on the edges.
