Instructions
Half brussels sprouts
Add olive oil and butter to a large saucepan and heat over medium to high heat until butter is melted.
Add brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
Next, add the honey, stir to coat brussels sprouts.
Cook a further 5 minutes on high heat, until sprouts are caramelised and browned.
Serve immediately.
