Instructions
Blitz almonds and walnuts in a high-powered blender until resemble a fine meal.
Add dates, orange zest and juice, cocoa, chia seeds and coconut oil and blend until well combined and resemble a dough.
Take a good teaspoon of dough and roll into bite size pieces.
Roll in shredded coconut.
Can be left in freezer or refrigerated
Notes
* if mixture is too dry add more dates, if mixture is too sticky try adding more almond or walnut meal.
