Honey Mustard Dressing

Wow, we've never done a salad dressing post before! So we thought it was about time to do one! This honey mustard dressing is ridiculously easy and can be whipped up and topped on any old salad! My favourite salad at the moment is out pumpkin, feta & green bean salad! You can really add it to any old salad that you make, I tend to prefer a vinegar/olive oil based dressing rather than creamy salad dressings! I've been trying so hard to make a tahini salad dressing taste good, and it just doesn't do it for me! So this one is definietely my go to recipe!

This honey mustard dressing may need adjusting according to your own taste buds. Generally I like mine a little sweeter and with a little more mustard, but you may like yours differently, so make sure you keep tasting it as you go! You can also decide what mustard you choose to use. I've used both whole grain and Dijon mustard and find both work really well! If you end up adding too much olive oil for your liking, add a little more mustard or honey to make it more tart or sweeter! Go with what makes you happy!

Enjoy, and if you add this to any of your salads, make sure to tag us on Instagram #thehomecookskitchen - we'd love to see your work!
