Thank you to Portland Cider Company for providing me with the product for this post. As always, all my opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make THCK possible!

Um well hi there!

Yes I know it's been like, two weeks? But I am back after a little blogging hiatus, and might I say, I am feeling mighty good and raring to go again!

I have seriously had the busiest August! I've travelled, had my parents over, finished moving house, been working, adventuring and really enjoying my time. This summer has been the best and I'm going to be devastated when it's over.

On that note, I am in denial that summer is ending, and I can't fathom how supermarkets are ALREADY BRINGING OUT HALLOWEEN PARAPHERNALIA????

Seriously, cool your jets, its August still.

Pumpkin spiced everything is starting to make its way to shelves and coffee shops, and there is even a tiny hint of orange in the tree leaves.

But I refuse to believe summer is ending, (especially when it is currently 90F outside and it's hot AF).

I have a small collection of cocktail recipes on THCK, but no punch recipe! Say what?

So that's why I've decided to bring you a super easy, uber delicious passion fruit cider punch recipe for you today using Portland Cider Company Passion Fruit Cider which you can enjoy right up until the end of summer, or all year round if you're keen  ????.

Portland Cider Company is a Portland based cider company with some damn delicious English style ciders. Established in 2012, Portland Cider has grown to be a hugely successful business which seasonal and year-round ciders. They have two taprooms in Portland, which I absolutely recommend visiting if you're PDX side!

For today's recipe, I chose to use Portland Cider Passion Fruit Cider, which is one of their year round cider's they offer. The passion fruit cider is a winning combination of four different types of apples and passion fruit, with a slightly tart floral flavour. I found it paired perfectly with the ginger beer, fresh raspberries and raspberry lemonade for a slightly sweet finish.

So if, like me, you're in denial about the end of summer, or if you're currently in winter and are getting super excited about summer (tots jealous), this punch is perfect for your last summer hurrah or backyard barbeque!

Would love me some cider:) Never had it in combination with passion fruit before, looks great! Punch is really fashionable right now at our house. Do you know why? My son's fave new joke: "What's a ninja's favorite drink?" A:"Punch"

Our stores here started rolling out Halloween stuff in July and I swear I almost had a temper tantrum right in the middle of the store. 😉 I can't stand that kind of stuff. Plus I'm just a huge fan of summer! Speaking of, I LOVE this punch! I could easily drink a pitcher of this! Cheers!

How have I never tried anything from Portland Cider Company? I need to remedy that! I obsessively support all other Oregon-based food companies :). This punch looks AWESOME! PS, I am soooo not ready to say goodbye to summer either!

hmmmm good point, I know there used to be a Cider house in Melbourne, but that doesn't really help your situation either! maybe just an apple cider and throw in some passionfruit pulp and seeds?!
